I have studied Psychology and Human Behavior for over 15 years. I received my doctoral degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in self development, behavior change, and life coaching.  I have the training and tools to help you design and live the life you imagine. I utilize evidence-based methods such as  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), behavioral principles and procedures, as well as personal development strategies to help my clients achieve goals in all areas of their life. As a specialist in understanding and modifying language and behavior, I help my clients achieve results to get a renewed sense of self and purpose.

Leadership, Business, Executive Coaching

I also specialize in business leadership, development, and training. For the past 10 years, I have opened and established 5 regional offices across Southern California leading and managing hundreds of employees and staff in the Behavioral Health industry. I am an entrepreneur and the co-founder of Bloom Behavioral Health Inc. where I currently serve as the Executive Director. I provide coaching and training for corporate leadership, company culture, values and goal-setting, performance measures, employee behavior, and creating a company environment where managers and employees thrive.

What can a life coach do for me?

A life coach can support you in finding and staying on your path.  By building a relationship with my clients, I help you stay motivated, on-task, provide you with tools to flexibly handle obstacles, and move you toward living your life values and purpose.

What kind of commitment do I need to make?

Every client has different goals, needs, and reasons for why they are seeking a life coach. I will design an individualized plan that will meet your specific needs with your participation. I will be able to assess and make  recommendations after our introductory session.  

How do we get started?

The first step is to schedule a complimentary introductory session.  In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from there.
